In the rare case that your package is lost, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the package is returned to us we can reship it, but will ask for you to cover the additional shipping fee. If the package is delivered to the address you provided successfully and an incident occurs after, we are unable to provide reimbursement.
If your product arrives damaged, please email email@example.com and let us know within 24 hours of receiving package, and we will help as quickly as possible. Please send us a photo of the damaged item, so we can have a better understanding of what happened
We ship via local logistics. Please allow us 24-48hrs to process your order, once your order is shipped it should take 2-7 days to get to you. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please be sure to correctly enter your address including any unit, apartment or suite numbers, phone number and email. Always double check before checking out. La’dohnya will not be responsible for delivery failure once an item has been dispatched

If an unused damaged product is reported within 24hrs, the item(s) will then be sent back to us. After thorough investigation, you may receive an exchange with the same product, or a coupon, for the purchase price of the product.
